Healthy Dry Fruit & Seed Power Juice with Strawberry Peel Topping

Ingredients:

  • Dry Fruits:
  • 6-8 almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 6-8 walnuts (soaked overnight)
  • 5 dates (pitted and soaked)
  • 4 dried figs (soaked)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • Seeds:
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fruits:
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (optional for creaminess)
  • Liquids:
  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • For the Topping:
  • Fresh strawberry peels (the outer layer of strawberries)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

Soak the dry fruits:

  • Soak the almonds, walnuts, dates, figs, and raisins overnight or for at least 4 hours to soften them and release their nutrients. Drain before using.

Prepare the seeds:

  • Soak the chia seeds in water for about 15 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
  • Flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds can be used as is, or you can lightly toast them (optional for extra flavor).

Blend the ingredients:

  • In a blender, combine the soaked dry fruits, pineapple chunks, chia seed gel, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and coconut water.
  • Add the almond milk and banana for extra creaminess.
  • Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the strawberry peel topping:

  • Wash and peel the strawberries, keeping only the outer layer of the peel.
  • In a small bowl, mix the strawberry peels with honey or maple syrup to slightly sweeten them (optional).
